Wellmann Group was incorporated in 2004, currently employs 75 persons, and is registered with all the major oil companies in Nigeria. Has strategic alliances with Local and International companies with an annual turnover of over 20 Million US Dollars.

The Wellmann Group evolved as a result of the successful completion of high-profile projects in the Oil and Gas industry, utilizing the resources and expertise of local and international companies.

This evolution within the Group has resulted in the current group’s capability to undertake major projects in Front End Engineering Design, Heavy Lift, Marine Movement, and Civil and Mechanical Construction.

The Group has completed projects within the oil and gas domain. We undertook the loadout of three SNEPCO Bonga FPSO Modules from Ekpan – Warri to Newcastle in England, the Chevron Agbami FPSO Modules from Lagos to Korea, EGP3 & EGTL Escravos Project. Others are Total Ofon, Shell Concrete Barge towage, Total Usan FPSO, and Exxonmobil Satellite Field Development Project.
